On 7/31/04 I went to the website advertised in my email and went through the process of paying for the software advertised and they said a link would follow with instructions to download the software. I waited for the page to load and it never did.
On 8/03/04 I sent an email message to the email address that was included in my confirmation email and never got a response. I also called the number that is listed at my bank when they approved the payment and when the phone rang one time it went instantly to a busy signal.
I have called every day to all three of the numbers that I have and cannot get anyone. One of the numbers is no longer in service. One of the numbers directs me to a mailbox without a message after the directive.
On 8/05/04 and 8/06/04 I sent emails asking for the link to download the software and never did get any response. All I wanted was to get the software that I paid for and they would never have gotten me riled up in the first place.
