Requested Refund after 10 days. Ad stated there was a 60 day monye-back guarantee.
Read over web site and decided this was not suitable for me.
Send email to request refund; got reply to call them; called to request refund; refund denied.
I asked to speak to a supervisor; told no one there but the man I was speaking to. Told there is no one availble to speak to me; said the only one who could cancel my order was the owner and he was not there, nor would he be returning my call.
Said I have to wait the 60 days before I can get a refund. I asked if I called on t he 60th day then they would process a refund&told that would be up to the owner.
Refused to give me an address; refused to give me a business license; refused to give me a State in which they are located.
I will be disputing this charge on my credit card and getting it cancelled.
