I signed up for Internet Service with AT&T in August. They gave me and Introductory Price of $24.95 per month for one year.
I have had to call them every month to get my bill right. Every bill I receive is for the Standard rate of $38.00. They tell me every month they have corrected it and the next bill will be right.
I called today when I got home from work and told the Rep I wanted to speak to a Supervisor.
He refused to let me and instead told me he had talk to his supervisor. He said his Supervisor told him to transfer me to Financial Services to get them to fix my billing.
He gave me a Telephone number for the Department he was transfering me to 877-532-1038. He transfered me to Disconnect. She told me there was nothing she could do for me and transfered me again. This time it Direct TV, he transfered me back to AT&T. I hung up after quite some time.
I called the number The Rep gave me 877-532-1038 and low and behold it is not a working number.
They are also charging me for a $30 Restoral Fee. They cut off my Internet after I paid last month.
