I called to have my cable transfered on the above date it was scheduled for transfer on 7/26 i told them not to turn it off at my apartment until the day they install mine at my new home well they turned it off on tuesday 7/17 i had on line test i called on 7/17 and requested a non published phone number ws told at that time the csr didn't add a phone i have the triple play so they had to add the phone on that call on 7/26 the installer was suppose to have been here between 12:00PM AND 4:00PM AT 4:05 I CALLED WAS TOLD THE INSTALLER WAS RUNNING LATE AND I WOULD GET a $20.00 credit well he never showed i called 6 more times to see why no one came no one could tell me only that i was rescheduled for 7/30 i said no no no yall have a garuntee for 1 day transfer the lady said well it's nothing we can do but what i will do is not charge u for installation and give you another $20.00 credit i wanted to speawk with a supervisor no one would let me speak to one. Finally on 7/27/ i got a supervisor he apologized said somebody will be out on that day well they did come but i didn't get a new number had to call back still was told i couldn't get a new number hung up called back was able to get one but not before i went to the store and came back they had disconnected my phone before i called for the new number i called back asked why was my phone not working i was told the business office had turned it off i asked why they couldn't tell me sent me to billing said it was a mistake turned it back on with my still old number called basck was given a new number but it didn't work was told that number was no where in the system had to get another one. On 7/28 the tv stop working called comcast said they will trouble shoot from office didn't work sent someone out he couldn't do it so 2 more trucks came out used 3 boxes none worked the 4th one did comcast caused me mental angerish and pain missed a deposition waiting on them on 7/29 my monthly bill has never been the same my channels go out all the time phone to get no credit on my bill my phone was out 4days did noy get a credit comcast is robbing people without a gun the service on a scale of 1 to 10 10 good 1 poor it is a 0 they turned my cable off just this month 2 days after i paid my bill. I was told i had a $100.00 credit for service i never used cause comcast bill a month in advance nobody is able to keep bill at one month because of the double billing was told by another csr that i did not have a $100.00 credit so what is it i do or i don't can't wait to see my first new bill at my new home no it's going to be a joke
