On February 23 my MagicJack phone quit working. Attempts to contact them, left no business address, won't respond through email, get only recording with their #561phone, no 800 number. Only time I had a 2-way communication with their Live Chat was when they sold me the product, which even today, I found that to be true if I would only buy the new product called MagicJack Plus. Otherwise, you spent hours and hours hoping some Live Tech would respond. Never happen!
Earlier problem, I had no use to a second unit therefore it was returned using the same package it came in. I never heard from them since, hence refund is forever gone because they don't respond to anything!
Not being able to get help to use this phone again, I already adviced my credit card company from now on, any future charges is unauthorized and hoping to get a refund due to breach of contract and for using it only for 5 months. My question is: How can this company operates its business and get away with this blatant violation without being censured or penalized by the Department of Labor!
