Magicjack live support is only an online support. After spending over 5 hours and still not having my problem resolved, the tech rudely disconnected me because I would not ask a friend / family member call me because it was past 12am. To confirm whether my magicjack phone could receive incoming calls. The techs do not appear to be knowledgable, and I felt that i was in an endless loop with the techs repeatingly asking the same questions and having me check the same things a myriad of time. They also could not check my phone themselves because no one at Magic jack had access to a phone. I guess magicjack techs does not have access to use their own product-that about says it all.
