They dont stand behind their products

I have never been so disappointed in a company, nor so
discouraged about a product, and just disheartened about a situation, as I find
myself now about Dell and one of their products. For three years I have been
dealing with an UNFIXABLE, unreliable computer that has made my life a living
hell and cost me the loss of innumerable precious pics and
valuable documents, and been given nothing but lies, excuses and the
run-around on the phone by your representatives. And you will not
repair it so that it actually works (for any length of time, that is) Or do as I have been begging you for
months, and have been promised repeatedly; replace it, as your very expensive warrantee
promises you will.

Why cant you
understand. I doesnt want it fixed AGAIN!

I just want is for
you deliver an acceptable product and stand behind it, one I can count on, that actually works, like
I thought I bought, and never got, and as I was promised, And would expect from
a company like Dell.
Is that too much to ask?

I just cant believe a company the magnitude of yours would be so difficult to deal with or
impossible to reason with, honestly, I am stressed to the maximum by this
situation and end up in tears every time I have to deal with you, and this unit,
and its constant problems. Im a disabled person, who does nothing but spend
ALL my time on my computer so it and my data are very precious and essential to
me, and this one has done nothing but make my life miserable since the day I
got it. This unit is a lemon. Its proven it over and over and over again,
since the first day I got it

Check the records

I cant.

You wont give them
to me (or anything else) in writing as Ive requested, over and over.

Or answer my emails.
Or put my complaints in writing on your records.

I am not some drunken frat boy dumping beer all over my laptop or dragging it all over town on a
rusty bicycle, or a daredevil explorer hauling my laptop and down the side of Mt
Everest or some pervert downloading donkey porn from dodgy websites in
Thailand, or some wanna - be, so -called geek who thinks they know it all and
monkeys around with things on their laptop they have no business messing with
and ruins their computer over and over again. I am a middle aged woman, on a fixed income, who
sits quietly in my own living room, all day and all night, working on my
documents for my career as a writer, going to school online and organizing my
precious family photos.

There is absolutely no reason for this computer to have
fallen apart the way it has and to have had nothing but constant problems since
day one.

It is a lemon.

Pure and simple.

A dud.

You know what I mean.

Just one of those
things that have never worked properly and never will no matter what you do to
it. And no matter how many times you fix it, it aint EVER gonna stay fixed.

And you should stand behind your product (and honor your
warranty) and replace it which one that actually DOES work properly, and you should
have done it LONG ago. I cant imagine why you have not already. Its so disappointing. And unexpected. Its honestly breaking my heart.

The number of times you have had to send servicemen out here
to fix it, and the amount of expensive parts you have had to replace, again and
again, and the hundreds, LITERALLY hundreds of hours Ive spent on the phone (check
the records) tying up technical support whose salaries you pay and the time and
money it cost for your people to re-furbish it at the factory.

Which didnt work, by the way, Ive had even MORE trouble
than USUAL with it since I got it back)

Certainly it would
have been much more cost effective to have just sent me a new one that actually
did work long ago, and you would have been able to keep and satisfy a very good
customer.

Ive been so patient and so cooperative for so long, and
honestly, I just cant take it ANY more.

I have absolutely no
clue WHAT to do, since you cant and wont
fix this to my satisfaction, other than to take legal action, which I cant really
afford, which I am seriously considering or just become one of those kooks who devotes their
life to complaining about you on the
internet.

But in order to do
that, I guess I would have to have a computer that works, wouldnt I?

I guess I should just break down and replace it with one from your competition

And all the others I got from you, over the years, like the
ones I bought for my kids and the one I bought to keep in England

I certainly wont use the thousands of dollars in credit I
have to do it, on my preferred account, at your extremely high interest
rates, which I have paid off in full
down to zero, several times, and purchase anything from you again, or recommend
you, after the way I have been treated.

Im not some kind of
a nut or a constant complainer (check the records) Ive spent a small fortune
on dell products over the last 15 years, it is THIS UNIT, that is turning me
into one, and this unit only, that is driving me completely insane and
stressing me out so badly I just cannot bear it.

And Its honestly destroying my health and my sanity, I get
so upset every time something goes wrong AGAIN and I have to spend all night on
the phone just trying to straighten it out, or I have to explain the whole
situation over again to ANOTHER person, one more time, or your representatives
tell me the same lies Ive heard over and over again, Or tell me NEXT time it
breaks they will do SOMETHING about it and give me a new one.

On more time

After its just
broken.

Again.

I live in constant fear of my hard drive failing AGAIN, and
losing hours and hours or day s and weeks of work) for the fourth or fifth time, or failing school because my work cant
get done by the deadline every time it breaks
or my keyboard falling apart, or
my touchpad just quitting, or my ports shorting out, or my battery not
working, and my software getting corrupt
from all the messing with it that goes on whenever I have to get your people to work on it, and
having to do system restores and return it to factory settings AGAIN!

Is that what you seriously consider a good product? And
acceptable computer?

And am acceptable situation? And solution?

And position? For me
to be in?

And for you to take?

On the matter.

Well, I certainly dont.

And if you do, you
ought to be ashamed of yourself.

And I think most people would agree.
