Aliesha Brown, Anthony Brown, Restaurant Biller, restaurantbiller.com Non-functional software being sold for $249.00, no documentation, no refund policy published. Unprofessional individuals Internet

I am an IT professional. I have been one for almost 20 years, and I was exploring software solutions for a restaurant delivery service. I came across Restaurant Biller which is being solf at www.restaurantbiller.com and discovered that fraud can indeed be digital. The software was purchased asnd downloaded, and the three-line instructions were followed. The software is missing several critical elements, including not having the ability to input prices, therefore the shopping cart could not be used. Contacting the seller resulted in accusations of a lack of skill/knowledge (lol), up to and including an accusation that I would try to "pirate" the software. WHY would somebody attempt to pirate NON FUNCTIONAL software?

The seller refused to refund my money, but did offer to CHARGE me "only $50.00 more for "professional installation". Needless to say, this is unacceptable and I already have gone with another solution. I will be following up this issue with a lawyer, and see to it that nobody else is RIPPED OFF by these unscrupulous individuals.
