The Stamps.com software is buggy, and sometimes charges for postage that was not printed... Then their customer service refuses to issue refunds, even though you can prove you were charged for postage you didn't get. Stay away form these guys! It's a Rip-Off! Hmmmm... Buggy software that makes them a profit... Neat idea, huh?
