I recently bought an internet marketing product called "Niche Video Site Builder" and discovered on the same day I bought it that I had already bought it from another vendor. I immediately sent J.P. Schoeffel an email letting him know of my oversight and requesting a refund. He emailed back, requesting a "Transaction ID". I couldn't find a "Transaction ID" so I sent him the "Payment ID", thinking that it was the same number, but asking him to let me know if it was not the same number. This was three weeks ago. I still have not gotten a response from J.P. Schoeffel to my Refund Request. I have emailed him and submitted "Tickets" through his Help Desk at support. Ethiccash.com but know one has responded. I would stay away from this company (guy) if I were you. You never know if YOU might be the one needing timely customer service or a refund.
