Bought the information on 10/30 and was immediately given a link that didnt work. Contacted the company that the payment went through and was immediately told that I had to contact ultimateonlinejobs.com to get the refund. Have emailed these people every day since 11/4. Finally got a response in December stating that they have my request but it was listed as pending in their system. They said that they would take care of it. I received several emails like this in December all saying the same thing. Still no refund. I bought it on 10/30 and requested my refund on 11/4, well within the time frame.
