I purcharsed a website from AdNet Marketing Solutions which is inoperative and I have repeatedly asked for a full refund of the money paid to them in February.
I received an email from AdNet in regard to my refund request, asking that I send them copies of my paid receipts. I faxed & emailed copies to the attention of their customer service department. I followed up with numerous calls to the customer service department only to be informed that the refund department (which is run by someone named Anthony) will return my call at some point.
He has yet to do so. I have provided them the necessary information to receive my refund but it has been to no avail.
AdNet Marketing stipulates that no refunds will be processed until six months after purchase. I purchased the website service in February thus requesting my refund in August which I did. The amount owed to me in total is $3,790.00
If I do not receive any refund via this method, I am considering initiating a class action suit against them.
