I ordered 2 copies of Windows XP Pro, I recieved Windows I immediately contacted the company the day I recieved the wrong shipment. They were to mail a return label along with the correct items, I never recieved anything. I have called 19 times, have sent 22 Emails, I recieved one response to the E-mail, quote: Tell me your problem, friend.
I have spoken to Sales, Customer Service (which all sound like the same person named Tracy, all without results.
I have been ordering on the internet for the past 8 years now and this is the worst I've ever encountered.
My only recorse at this time to to refuse the charges on my credit card.
