Never order anything online from this company. I recently ordered somethings from them and paid for two day shipping and recieved the items over a week later. So I then decided to return the items and get a refund.
I returned the items via Fed Ex and two weeks went by and still had not been credited in my account for the return. According to Fed Ex they recieved the shipment and the people at Fed Ex even gave me the name of the person who signed for the package.
Then I contacted F.Y.E. After what seemed like 20 minutes I finally was able to talk to a REAL person who informed me that they had not recieved my shipment yet and continued to tell me they had not recieved it even after I told them Fed Ex said they had and gave them the name of the person who signed for it.
I have talked to several different people at their company about my problem. Each person tells me they have not recieved the shippment. Then I was told once they recieve my shipment it will take 60 DAYS to process and credit my account.
DO NOT order from this company or if you buy something from them online do not plan on returning it.
