At the end of October I ordered four videos from Cyberdream.com as a Christmas giff (this was over $100). By the end of October I contacted then since I had not recieved my order. I was told there had been a shipping mixup and would recieve my order in a few days. I sent more e-mail a week later but recieved no response for for two weeks, so I sent e-mail asking to have my bank card credited for the order I never recieved. This time I did get a response thanking me for my recent order. Again my card was hit for over $100. Now I have paid over 200 dollars for 4 movies I never recieved. I filed a complaint with my bank but Cyberdream claims that the charges are valid.
