I ordered software through this company not realizing that the software provided was 'PC only' and could not work on Apple OSX. I requested a credit immediately after the purchase. A 'Clayton Baxter' replied saying the only way a credit could be issued is if they made a mistake. No where on there site does it mention this return policy. Nothing has been done on their part as of yet to correct this.
Thankfully I made the purchase through American Express, and they will look into the matter as well.
