Had his Face posted all over the local TV News. Also, I know of several people who have filed other lawsuits against him and his partner Jeff Ledford, for doing in-home computer work, telling the customer he needed certain software, and used the customer credit cards to purchase the software from his own website... Now how SCUMMY can you get??? I will also try to find the Newspaper link to this story.

LOCAL INTERNET SCAM BUSTED
Tuesday, June 28
If you do a lot of shopping on the Internet, Wichita Falls police and the Better Business Bureau warns you to beware. 22-year-old James Clayton Baxter was arrested last week for allegedly running a phoney software business online. Victims say they had order software from Baxter and he had charged their credit and debit cards for twice or triple the amount. Baxter admitted to doing this and says he has made over $60,000 so far this year. He was released from the Wichita County jail on bond.
