Don't work on apple, 30 day money back guarantee a joke

The company 3b software offers free tv viewing on your laptop or your money back I ordered the software 4/9/09 they charged my credit card at once, I noticed the software would not work on an mac computer so I emailed for a refund they say they answer email in 1 to 3 days they do not. I have yet to get my money back, beware
