I have the same experience as James of Illonois.
I bought Photoshop Elements form Mr Baxter on August 24 and a charge of $14.99 was put through on that date. I received via e-mail a serial number which I used to install the software successfully on my computer.
On Sept 10, my credit card was charged the second time for the same amount. I have only one download with just one serial number.
Unlike James, I cannot even get in touch with Mr Baxter at 942-632-9445 or 942-642-9445. All I got were voice messages and Mr Baxter just does not dare to get back to me.
I have reported the case to my Bank and hopefully they will reverse the charge for me.
I think the next thing we should do is to report the case to Adobe. I believe once we have the serial number, we are the legal owner of the software. If we were charged more than once for the same software with the same serial number, Mr Baxter is definitely infringing on the Copyright of Adobe. I would say he is selling the same software with one serial number to more than one endusers.
I hope Adobe or the law enforcmetn units in the State can take some legal action against him.
