First I ordered 3 software programs that totaled $139.00 they charged my credit card $143.00 ok I can live with that. The night I ordered the software they sent me the confirmation letter, with the download link and the password / login. It worked last night.
Now 24 hrs later neither the login or their main website or their download site are working. There is no phone number for contact except for a fax# where you can apparently leave umpteen messages and never get a call back (I know I have tried to all day), they do not apparently return emails either.
I need my software, I don't want to cancell or dispute this matter with my credit card company, but I am FREAKING! Out since reading all the warnings on the net about this company. So please someone from the company contact me. Because its 24 hrs later and I still have no software.
