You have raised my Charter bill $45 in a single month. You are now asking me to pay $189.81 for a month of service that cost me $141.46... 30 days ago. Is this how you treat your customers? I am appalled. So this is how you FORCE customers to sign contracts, by using blackmail? OR is it extortion?
I am not going to forget this abuse. I think I will give my thirty days termination notice now, and encourage all the people in Grover Beach California to do the same. I am going to change to AT&T for my phone service, I am going to hook up a different internet provider. I am going to put up a TV antenna.
Your customer service policies nauseate me. Your business ethics are despicable.
