Do not buy from this company. I bought Microsoft Word 2010 from this company in August for $69.99. They are a fraud. The sofware did not work. It took me forever to get to talk to someone from this company. Their live chat is never running. They never answer e-mails. The software is faulty and did not work. I couldn't get it installed. A message kept telling me to register it when I already did register it.
It said it has three licenses and when I tried to activiate it I got the message the three licenses were already used. What a joke! I checked with Microsoft and they said this company is not affiliated with them even though PB Distributions carries the Microsoft logo on its site and promises it is genuine. After many tries I finally found someone on live chat and here is the actual online conversation and response and promise of a refund.
John [4:38: 22 PM] I want a refund, please
Operator: [4:39: 44 PM] Thank you for your patience, I was able to locate your order information. I am sending the details over to management for a refund to be processed. Please allow 12-24 hours for management to review and issue the refund. You will receive an emailed confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Operator: [4:41: 25 PM] Your welcome. You can use the case id as a reference: k4985589
john: [4:41: 41 PM] Thank you. I hope this will end my long dilemma

I tried several times since to contact them to no avail. Then I lucked out and found someone on live chat. When I explained the reason for my contact and told her of the promised refund, I was immediately disconnected. It is December and still no sign of a refund.
