Went to buy the product they sell. Transaction was smooth as pie. After that they said delivery would be within 6 hours. Then they said 12 hours. After 16 hours and still no product the online live chat operator would just close/hang up on me everytime i logged into their chat.
I finally was able to get to an operater for a refund and its been 7 days since I have tried to get them to refund my money and no money has been refunded. So, yet again I go to contact their live chat. The live chat agent was very rude and said that they had refunded me the money and they could provide me with a "screenshot" proving they did.
Well needless to say immediatly after the operator said that they closed/hung up on me. So here I am now. Out only $40 but with a huge headache. Do not buy from this site. They are a scam/fraud/rip off!
