This website states that they are Microsoft Gold certified and according to MS they are not. They sold me a pirated/bogus copy of MS office 2010. The ID that comes with the program is for another product according to MS, and it will not unlock it. I contacted MS and their fraud dept. States that the product is pirated. I have tried to contact the seller about this several times, but I get no reply.
You can never reach these people by phone or E-mail, they have a supposed chat link on their site that never connects. Stay away from these guys, and if you bought anything from them that is MS related and isn't what they claim, contact MS and the FBI to inform them that they sold you defective and or a pirated product.
