I returned a home computer with in the 30 day money back garentee. They lied to me about the price, then gave me the run around when I wanted to send it back. Now they have sent my account to collections. They have recived the whole computer in perfect condition. I have verified with all of them (collections and dell) the reffrence numbers dell has provided to me to get them off my back and clear up my credit report but, after 6 mo.'s now it's still an issue.
