Dell Rep. Sold me a computer with awesome capabilities. Told him that I was planning on upgrading the video card on my own, he told me "Great Idea"
I opened up my NEW DELL only to find that... YOU CAN'T! He Lied! I Called Dell to find out what was going on. 4 Days later, and 15 Hours later, they offered me $250 off a new computer - but I had to order it online.
Hung up, went online to redeem offer only to find out... DELL LIED AGAIN!
!! Buyer beware!
