My experience with time warner cable has been awful. Thursday 6/2 my downstaris neighbor moved out and they were supposed to dosconnect her services well by their mistake they disconnected mine too and still as of today 6/6 they still have not been able to send someone to recconect it I have spoken to about 10 diffrend representatives and most of them being supervisors my issue is still not resolved so I have no phone no internet and no cable, everytime I call them I have to do this from my cell phone and each time I last about 45 minutes on the line with them to find out when i call back that the previous person I talked to did not do anything at all no order was placed to reconnect so i have just been given the run around and have been wasting my time with them. I do not recomed this service at all you will not get treated with respect or valued as a customer. Not once has my payment to them ever been late i have been a loyal customer and obviusly that does not matter to them. So needless to say since I have given them several opportunities since last week to solve my problem and they still cant get it right I will not be using their services in the future. And hope that other people do the same maybe that way it will teach them to value their customers.
