First, let me state, I'm in full agreement with ALL the negitive observations listed on this company. There were conflicts in information, big gaps, meaningless graphics in the course, supplimental info was links to MS, no lab work (which I'm set up to do), tech support concerning product was more "smooth talkers" BS, etc. I could write pages here, BUT:
Interestingly, after more than 4 years after purchasing, I had a phone message from Smart Certify on Friday, when I got home from work. Don't get me wrong, they leave messages on a regular basis every 2-3 months, soliciting bussiness I assume. My response was to hit the Message Clear button while muttering non-printable explicatives.
This one was different, and that is why I'm here today.
This time the guy wants me to call him back "regarding a possible refund" Well, I wrote down the info, and intend to call Monday. But, I figured I'd post here and see if anyone else responds with anything interesting. I see two possibilities:
1) A damn good way to get his "foot in the door" for solicitation
2) He's attempting to "make nice" in order to protect the company from something. I'm not a business, or legal person. So, I have no idea what this could entail. But, I am VERY suspisious.
