There are serious billing issues going on at eBay. Many accounts have double fee charges, and the "new" invoices are too complicated to understand.
This problem is ongoing despite their promise on Apr. 8th, to have it fixed in "the next few days".
It seems suspicious that eBay's quarterly revenue almost doubled. Could it be that they are including all those inflated billing charges?
