Smart certify signed me up and when i logged on to the course it was clearly a very poor course.
I contacted them immediately to cancel and conveniently the person i needed to speak to was not available they said he would call me back, they avoided contacting me and nobody would handle my cancellation until after the 30 day trial then they called me and told me it was too late to cancel because it was past 30 days.
I closed my bank account and reopened another so they would not debit my account and i called them back and told them they would not get anything for the course. They sent me one letter and called my job a few times then i never heard from them again until now when i received a copy of my credit report.
They reported me to LVNV Funding LLC in Greenville, SC for the amount of $ 2361.00.
I am researching now how to have this removed from my credit.
Too bad i didn't know of this website before i signed up with them.
