Smart Certify bigest ripoff received nothing still being billed

I wass notifed by their sales represntative. Their contract is not valid in New York state. Their is no such thing as a noncancellable contract. I notifed an attorney. He has told me if no service is given. No bill can be sent. I have received nothing from them. As for their employees. They have no conscience to represent this company.
