Planet Ventrilo Annual billing charged to credit card 4 times in 3 months

I have been trying to work with Defcon Servers support to get some over billing charges resolved. However, it seems that I am the only one doing any work. I was charged the annual fee for my Ventrilo account 4 times this year; once in April, once in May and twice in June.

I sent a copy of the charges from AMEX through their support tickets as this is the only way to get support from their company. My support ticket has been closed twice now with no resolution and no response other than "we are going to have billing look into it".

I have asked for phone calls back to resolve this issue and there has been no contact other than the few responses to my support ticket and the closing of my support ticket.

At this point I believe my only option to be going to AMEX and disputing the charges as soon as I saw them rather than attempting to work with a company that does not even have people assisting through a support line. I am beginning to see that AMEX should have been my first stop but I have been a customer with no issues with the company until now and I was trying to resolve this in an amicable manner with their company. That, however, is not possible.

From the information I have gathered researching them on the internet I assume that my account will be shut down because I am a nuisance and don't just let them keep the money. It's too bad that I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and have to end the relationship in this manner.
