Purchased a Defcon game server earlier this week, was surprised at the quick setup, but quickly learned that the server could not be logged into if any of the mods in their TC Admin mod installer were activated.
I submitted a support ticket and got no response, came back the next day to see the ticket closed with no explanation and the problem still present. When I finally got a response they told me that they had just reinstalled the server, and that I should make sure it's working before installing anything, I looked at the server and saw it was still inaccessible, so messaged them back telling them that if they could not fix the problem that I would be expecting a refund.
When they replied back they gave me only a link with instructions on how to cancel my service. I then contacted their billing department and told them I expected a full refund since I had just opened the account and they were already telling me that I should just cancel.
