After buying service for a game server through this company, repeated attempts were made to receive customer service with our server. Each time we submitted a support ticket, defconservers closed the ticket without resolution. After filing a complaint with the BBB. Defcon Networks LLC terminated our account. Now we cannot sign in and get the account information they had on file. Every attempt to contact this company was futile. EXTREME negligence on their part toward their customers.
