I guess I should have checked here before using this company. I did get charged their fee. I did get a copy of my 2004 tax filing printed out however i do not believe it is correct and I opened & submitted a support question ticket for their accountants prior to finishing the filing and all during but kept getting the runaround asking me for further info (ie: couldn't find me under user name, up to finally asking for my ssn - which dummy i replied to that email with it so they could find my return and question) next I know, I get the email saying my return is done and ready to print and my support ticket is closed! Therefore my forms i do not believe are correct! None of the links to "reopen the support ticket" work, you get no link now for live chat, nothing to be able to contact customer support and here i am left out in the cold or just send the damn thing in and I guess the irs will fix it and notify me or I can pay another fee to some other tax place (god forbid hrblock-they have horrid comments out there in internet space) or CPA to go over and probably redo my return. Now I really do wonder if they are not just another phishing operation getting peoples ssn for id theft. I am scared.
