Bad service/Overcharging/Poor Customer Support/Service

Please avoid this company if possible. I have no other service provider in my rural part of the County where I live. They are horrible to deal with. Bad DSL performance. Very little support (difficult to obtain). Hours on the phone to resolve billing complaints. Missed service appointments (no-shows). If you are one day late to pay a bill that contains an overcharge they will turn off your service. Unexpected price increases for services you signed up for.

You will be on the phone sometimes for over an hour as they pass you around to different departments.

I haver been disconnected numerous times. Long hold times. One department does not know what the other department is doing.

Even their own service department technicians do not like the company.

Going on week 5 to get a DSL installed at a picnic building. Must stay on them or they will do an unprofessional installation (routing cables).

When I get another service provider AT&T will be only a bad memory.
