I have been with this provider for a number of years. It has gotten worse, with their poor service. They are a local provider, as there aren't many in this area which Sprint covers locally. Each month we promptly pay our bill at the beginning of the month.
Lately, we have been experiencing a lot of disconnects and sometimes we have no service for two or three days. When I confront them with the poor service, they do nothing about it, only to say it is the poor phone lines which Sprint provides. Morgan Net Plus states they are a 56K provider, but I am only able to log on at 16800,21600bps.
It is very frustrating to try and download programs and such.
They say nothing about compensating or adjusting the bill to try to settle the problem.
I cannot go with another provider unless I pay long distance charges.
Compounding all these problems, they do not have 'Technical' support.
