Recorded instructions takes your credit card information first and then keeps you on the phone for almost 45 minutes with 0=no 1=yes 2=mulitple items. Once I realize the credit card info was locked into an order before I started, I hit 0 for all offers and still was charged for 2 sets of a variety of items they were selling.
Calling number on credit card for company gets you a person who says they are not the company and that you have the wrong number.
If you send the items back, they will only refund you for the item and not for the S&H which is more than the items.
They give you all the items for free except for the $19.95 charge for the bottle of fixit. That means if you return the stuff you did not order, you will only receive $19.95 out of the $75 order charge.
