I have been scammed as well. Amazingly enough, they were able to debit my account this month, which had gone through multiple card changes for security reason. The first charge was for $11.95. After calling and being reassured I would be receiving a refund, and given a confirmation number; you guessed it, I received another charge for $11.00 in less than two weeks. Beware this company. No resolution yet - only false promises.
