Juno strikes again. I subscribed to Juno for a 12 month period @$9.95/mo., at the end of the 12 months the rate automatically went up to $14.95. I called to cancel and was asked what they (JUNO) could do to keep me as a customer. I told the customer servive rep that I would stay as a momnth to month subscriber at $9.95/mo and a refund of the $5 they charged me in addition to the $9.95 on my last bill. I was informed they would do that. I repeated the whole scenario and was assursed that was correct and JUNO would do that. HA HA you guessed it-an email from JUNO informed me that it would be 12 month obligation and NO REFUND. I was referred to their website and their "rules". SO much for their customer service reps and verbal agreements. I will tape record any further conversations with this company. All I can say is BEWARE this is an out and out example of FRAUD perpertrated by a big company who has NO compulsion about lying to their customers. R d
