I placed an order at www.kidspartyworld.com on August 15 for my kid's birthday party theme Scooby-Doo. I ordered $42.62 worth of item's because they had awesome pricess, or so I thought. On August 18 I realizedthey hadn't emailed me the shipping/tracking information for my order that I placed on the 15th & it should've already been sent out in the mail by now. So I tried to contact the company via the phone I get an answering machine staing to leave a message we'll get back to you within so many hours? So I decide to email the compnay with the email provided on their website [email protected] asking them to send me the shipping information for my order & I provide them with my invoice #. They responde to me via email stating they already did, so I go back & double check nope no email's but he invoice email when I first placed my order.
