I ordered a Blackberry track pad 17 August. My CC was charged 18 August for the total amount of the order including shipping. I was sent a tracking # which said:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on
August 18 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate
Receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information
Will be provided if / when available.information, if available, is updated
Periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
Their shipping info indicates the item would be shipped in 2-5 days. Well it hasnt been shipped yet.
I have made numerous attempts to contact the company through their "Contact Us" tab but I have not heard anything back from anyone. I have contacted them through their "Live Chat" I have been told the item was shipped and they change their tune when they actually check the tracking # through the US Postal Service and get the same message I get. They tell me they will refer the information to those "Upstairs" I have not heard anything from anyone. I have attempted to cal but all you get is a voice message.
I have been very patient and understanding but it has now been 24 days and I want my order or I want my money back.
This is blatant theft
