Cartsinfo
Cartsinfo.com took my money without asking right out of my bank account

I was looking at my bank account and saw a charge for $39.95 from "Cartsinfo.com" that looked like this: PURCHASE 90630725031556544262401 ON 07/25 AT CARTSINFO.com 877-563-4281

I contacted the customer support through live chat and they identified that someone had used my e-mail and bank account info to sign up for a subscription to a website with adult videos. The chat person said they would refund the money within 2-14 days.

I knew they were not going to refund the money so I checked for the next 2 weeks and no refund. I contacted customer support again and the live chat agent said that the last agent did not reverse the charge. Shocking! He assured me that the charge would be reversed.

I saved both chat sessions by taking a screen shots and pasting in a word document and plan on going through the fraud department of my bank to reverse the charge. I am not holding my breath for that refund. What a scam!!
