I authorized them to look up for a phone number for me for a $1.00 charge but then after 6 days I saw on my credit card that there was an additional charge of $18.95. When i tried to contact them the only way was to dod live chat. I spoke to an agent named Shalyn and she wanted me to contact them back on Sept. 21 to get a refund, which I don't understand why she can't give me a refund right then and there. After a long discussion I said i will contact them back on the 21st. So i did try to go to there website and just to be surprised that the website is now unavailabe. I contacted my bank and the bank tried to do a 3 way calling with the number that was on the given to them but the number was also a bogus! This is a scam. Now i still try to see if the website would be availabe but still no avail.
