I have followed all proper protocol to disconnect from dsl extreme and they keep telling me i am disconnected but that is ONLY administratively Not disconnected from the Line which prevents me from establishing my new dsl option. They keep telling me within 1 hour the dsl line connection will not be able to connect but it remains On preventing, any other line connection to be made.
