On 6/24 I've serious thunderstorms over my home in Ormond Beach, FL 32174 between 6:00PM and 7:30PM. As consequence of this climate the connection of my Web DSL Providers through my PC wasn't functioning. But on my wife’s notebook the Web was working good instant.
On 6/25 around 7:00AM I call 1-888-321-2375 to record my issue and also to get tech support team. Your consultant created a scheduled appointment (ID #11264177) for Sunday (6/26) between 8:00AM and 11:00AM.
For my surprise on 6/25 around 5:30PM I acquired a mobile call from your own AT & T company (Jordan – Their mobile phone is 386-237-7758). Eileen agreed to arrived at my home in couple of minutes, his present was instantly approved. He reached 6:00PM and he explained the issue was on my PC Ethernet Card which was no longer working!
Michael didn't examine the modem (2Wire Gateway 2701 HG – W) situated in my home in the first-floor of my townhouse.incidentally this modem was mounted in my own home from the same company weeks before. But my PC is found in my office situated in the second-floor of my home.

Since your bad assistance support shipped by phone and during your AT & T company (Jordan) I used last Sunday $250.00 (work and component). Today my PC is getting Web through wireless n Flash adapter (Linksys AE1000).
