In November we enroll with Virgin for Home, wire and broadband.

In 10 December we've not home, named Client providers and also the stated they'll restore the telephone in 15 times,

5-day after arrived an engineer and stated that the wire was damaged and have to be changed. This week on 12 jan the technian cames plus they stated they could not do something since there is not wire, which was like at 1:00 pm.By 15;00pm they named me again plus they stated that all was set and also the telephone works.

I expected to returned to check on plus they stated that it had been not required. I returned by 17:00 pm and my spouse attempt to examine tha home also it wasn't functioning. No-line property.

Named again towards the manufacture by 18:00 pm and also the stated that they'll arrived tomorrow 13-Jan My partner attempted to contact Client providers in Virgin plus they stated that they'll come tomorrow, but nothing occur, nobody named no contac around.

Sunday my husband really annoyed attempted to request the providers of the home plus they stated for wednesday. It appears they don't understand what are they doing. After marketing solutions on Television and never ready to type issues.
