Hello i am a regular mom who uses ubid to bid and sell to support my family w / my merrick bank visa;
I used this SIX MONTHS ago and the ubid charged me WAYYYY over what i bid and refused to stop the order even though it said it was in wharehouse for weeks;
I also tried to call them and they say NO PHONE NUMBER allowed to Service only email; i get the same thing over and over mean while the MERRICK bank is charging me hundres of dollars in service, latefee, and bad credit and finance charges; doubling what they charged;
I BID and won fashion accessories for $6 plus shipping; right; well they billed me for 75pieces of unknown designer outerware from Macy's and added $66 shipping and charged 6dollars times 75 items;
THEY REFUSE TO DO anything; also to make matters worse i was moving and told them NOT TO SHIP ANYTHING to my address until May 1; they did not listen so i never got the package which they supposedly shipped; and have not traced it for me to prove this;
All i ask now after this time and hundereds of emails, calls, etc; to credit me on UBID so i can have a Christmas and get my business on agaon in Jan; SO do you seemy dilema; i am a poor disabled mom who cant get a lawyer ; what shall i do?
