I don't want to give my experience in detail because it's bad enough that I had to take time out to write this and criticize uBid.com, but I will sum it up:
uBid.com and all its vendors: Bad Quality in merchandise and bad customer service.
I ordered merchandise to be in for a relatives xmas present. Merchandise never came! Money was taken out of my account! No follow up call by uBid to explain what happened. Long time after I HAD TO CALL and hear that shipping had a problem! I was denied to get my money back which I do NOT APPRECIATE. How can you take the money and not provide me with my merchandise!
Never again will my family and friends and I use uBid.com you can bid on bad service!
