What I got was a 11 page homemade booklet and four different forms that instructed me to re-type and make my own "special touches" to with a letter head. I was told by the person I spoke to that H.U. D is who I was working for and they would be sending me checks. NOT TRUE! If you see an add similar to the one posted above... AVOID it like the plague. Makes me even more angry that the local paper posts these scams!
